To understand JP’s passion we need to begin with a story. This is the story of the elephant and the story of 3 friends. The legacy of JP begins with 3 like-minded friends sharing ideas and dreams around an old kitchen table. The business was born from friendship and mutual respect with its humble roots cemented in a dingy home office and an old, character filled kitchen table. Cliff, Sue and Karen are still actively involved in Joint Prosperity and still share a deep friendship and passion for the JP family. The business has grown since the days of inspirational kitchen table talks and although shaped by heritage JP is not limited by it. The ‘roots’ have been embraced by and permeate the broader team.

JP is not just about people, it is about relationships. Lasting relationships within the JP team and client base are based on common valuesand mutual respect. Eating and sharing colourful conversations around the oval table are still part of JP and we often spend time togetherin our beautiful indigenous garden.

This introduces our next defining passion, a love for Africa, and more and more, emerging markets. Within this context we have the freedom to utilise our intuition and creative spirit, engage in real conversations and co-create sustainable solutions. We are constantly amazed and excited by the talent we identify and are proud to be playing our part in realising the potential inherent in our beautiful country and continent.
